Domestic key benchmark indices declined for third straight session weighed down by weakness in index pivotals. Indices opened on negative note and throughout the day traded with negative sentiments. Moreover, Rupee heading towards its low points also dented sentiment on the market. The overall health of the market was weak.
The Nifty 50 lost 44.55 points and settled the day at 11234.35. Metal sector were the major gainer and FMCG sector were the major loser of the day.
